How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us First

Email our support team at info@juliajoy.shop before sending your item.

Include your Full Name, Order ID, and a brief note explaining the reason for your return or exchange.

This allows us to issue your prepaid return shipping label.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please attach a clear photo showing the issue — this helps us resolve your request quickly.

2. Prepare Your Item

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label to download and print.

After receiving the label, please pack your clothing securely in its original packaging, ensuring the tags are still attached and the item is unworn and unused.

3. Label Your Parcel

Print and attach the return shipping label we send you via email.

4. Send the Parcel

Drop off your return at the courier location indicated on your label.

Please keep your receipt or tracking number until your return is confirmed.

5. Optional — Include a Photo

For faster processing, you may include a photo of the packed parcel when you email us your return request.
